Ingredients:
2 each small ripe avocados
0.5 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon catsup, juice of 1/2 of a lemon
0.125 teaspoon of white pepper
0.25 pound large fresh shrimp preferred, can use frozen, salt to taste
Directions:
1. Cut avocado in half take out seed. Clean out seed area. Boil fresh shrimp till pink about 3 minutes; too long makes them tough. Clean and devein shrimp cut into small bite size pieces. Now mix all remaining ingredients to make your sauce. Add shrimp stir well and fill the avocados. Chill one hour and serve. I get many compliments with this. Serve in place of a salad.
