Ingredients:
1 each Sour Dough Baguette
3 each Avocados
1 each White Onion
1 each Large Tomato
1 package of Brie Cheese, Italian Spice Blend, Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut Baugette into slices 1/2 inch thick. Put Aside
3. Chop Onion and Tomato finely, and add to bowl along with peeled and hulled avocado.
4. Mash mixture in bowl well with fork.
5. Place bread slices on cookie sheet (spray with cooking spray first) and put a dollop of mixture on each slice.
6. Press mixture down so it covers most of the slice, then cover with small slice of Brie Cheese.
7. Brush top of Brie lightly with Olive Oil and then sprinkle with Italian Spice blend.
8. Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
9. Best when served within hour of being made, although they do still taste good after being refrigerated.
