2 each large tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 each large red bell pepper, chopped 1 each large green bell pepper, chopped 1 each medium cucumber, peeled and chopped 2 each celery stalk, thinly sliced 0.25 cup sliced green onions 3 cups no added salt tomato juice 2 tablespoon lime juice 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar 2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 0.5 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce 1 each garlic clove, minced 2 OZ cans low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained 0.25 cup fat free sour cream |

| Mix all ingredients except for sour cream in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with sour cream. | ||
