Ingredients:
8 OZ Bone Suckin' Salsa
1 pound shrimp cleaned peeled deveined
1/2  red onion -- finely chopped
16 OZ Grape Tomatoes - cut in half
1/2 cup Green or Black Olives
2  jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped
1  cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
2  avocado chopped
2  Limes (the juice from these)
1 cup cilantro -- finely chopped
1  Sea Salt to Taste
1  pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine shrimp, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, Bone Suckin' Salsa and jalapeƱos in a large bowl. Add lime juice, sea salt, pepper and cilantro. Stir gently. Refrigerate and before, serving, add the avocado and serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
