Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
3 medium avocados, cubed
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 can Frito Lay Jalapeno bean dip (10 1/2 oz each)
1 cup Green (spring) onions, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped (4 1/2 oz)
2 cups tomatoes -- chopped
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning mix. Refrigerate until chilled. Combine avocados, (pitted and cut), lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor or electric blender. Process until smooth. Using a large shallow serving dish or platter, layer in order: bean dip, avocado, sour cream, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Notes:
Chill at least 2 hours in refrigerator or overnight
