8 ounces Feta Cheese crumbled 1 cup Italian tomatoes (16 oz.) diced 2 teaspoons basil, divided 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup Olive oil 1 loaf baguette, sliced |

| Directions: | ||
| Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients except 1 tsp basil and pour into a baking dish (pie plate is the perfect size). Cover with Alumium foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover add the remaining teaspoon of basil and bake 5 minutes. Serve warm. Take bread and seperate on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt & pepper and toast. | ||
