Description: Yummy spinach artichoke dip
Time: 50 min (20 min to prepare, 30 min to cook)

Ingredients:
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 package frozen chopped spinach
8 OZ sour cream
1 stick butter
1 can artichokes (chopped and drained)
8 OZ Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
Directions:
Mix all together except Monterey Jack. Put in microwaveable oven dish, top with Monterey jack and heat it in Microwave or oven.
