Ingredients:
14 OZ roasted red peppers - drained
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic - cracked away from the skin
1 1/2 cup hummus
Directions:
Coarsely chop peppers and pulse grind them in a food processor with lemon juice.
Scrape down bowl and add hummus.
Process until dip is smooth and evenly red
