Ingredients:
28 OZ chopped tomatoes (drained)
28 OZ Rotel (drained)
2 tablespoon garlic - minced
1  onion - chopped (6 oz. frozen, chopped)
3  Jalapeno chiles ( may use 11 oz. sliced jalapenos, chopped and drained) to taste
Directions:
1. drain tomatoes and Rotel, reserve juice
2. saute garlic, onion and jalapenos
3. pour all into blender or food processor, pulse 3-5 times adding tomato juice as needed for desired consistency
