Ingredients:
1 each lb. Beef skirt steak -- trimmed
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 cups Sunkist® fresh squeezed pummelo juice
2 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Slice skirt steak into 12 strips approximately 2" x 4" and then season with the onion salt.

Place meat in large zip-top bag and add Sunkist fresh squeezed pummelo juice and hot pepper sauce.

Marinate refrigerated for a minimum of 4 hours or as long as overnight.

Preheat broiler.

Thread each meat strip on a metal skewer and put on broiling pan. Broil 5 - 10 minutes total time until desired doneness.

Remove from broiler. Let skewers cool enough to handle, then serve.
