Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Sunkist® grapefruit peel -- finely grated
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed Sunkist® grapefruit juice
1 cup bottled tartar sauce
Directions:
Combine Sunkist grapefruit peel and Sunkist grapefruit juice with the bottled tartar sauce.

Cover and chill for 2 hours. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
