Directions:
Slice zucchini and squash (or choose just one) and pair together to make little sandwiches. Once paired, tear pieces of turkey and provolone to place in between slices. Once you have your little sandwiches made, coat in egg and cover with italian bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet sprayed with olive oil and drizzle a small amount on top as well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
