2 quarts water 10 ounces tvp chunks 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon Minced garlic 14 each oz. your favorite vegan bbq sauce 1 each large green pepper, diced 1 each large onion, diced 3 tablespoon molasses, salt and pepper to taste (1/4 teaspoon each?) |

| Directions: | ||
| Bring the 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add tvp. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain well. Heat oil in skillet. Add tvp and garlic. Cook until nicely browned. Add green peppers and onion. Mix well. Add bbq sauce and molasses. Mix.Cook on low for 25 minutes. |
