Ingredients:
1 each ripe California avacado
12 OZ cream cheese
5.25 cups sour cream
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
0.5 each head of lettuce (shredded), tortilla chips
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
2 each tomatoes (chopped)-optional
Directions:
1. Peel and remove the pit of the avacado.
2. Mix it with the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
3. If serving for a party or get together, spread the mixture on a cookie sheet or large plate. Cover with shredded lettuce, then cheese and/or tomatoes.
4. If making it just to snack on, refrigerate the avacado mixture in the bowl and top with the lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes when you get ready to eat it.
5. Serve both with tortilla chips.
