Ingredients:
1 each Bermuda Onion minced fine
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon liquid sweetener, eg maple syrup
2 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
0.25 cup brown sugar, well packed
0.25 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 OZ can diced tomatoes
Directions:
Pulse blend in food processor until desired consistency.

Marinate tofu, veggies, etc. overnight.

Grill over slow fire until done.

Serve with Basmati rice and a large salad
