Ingredients:
0.5 cup white or yellow miso, (fermented bean paste)
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Directions:
In small bowl whisk together miso, brown sugar, peanut butter, sake, and soy sauce.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 1 cup sauce.
