Directions:
Combine the oatmeal, applesauce, raisins, and cinnamon in a small covered bowl.Set aside overnight.
In the morning, add the boiling water, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, and then eat.
You can assemble this in the morning, but if you have no morning time, it's quicker to get it ready the night before.

Directions:
Combine and mix the tuna, apple, celery, yogurt, mustard and honey. Spread 1/2 cup of the mixture on three bread slices. Top each slice of bread with lettuce, tomato and remaining bread. Cut sandwiches in half or as desired.

Directions:
* Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.* Sift flour together with salt, baking powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
* Add in the apple sauce. Add the soy milk gradually to make soft dough. Place a teaspoon of the dough in small non-stick muffin pan.
* Place over this a marshmellow, some shredded dates, and chopped nuts.
* Bake at 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, until brown. Serve hot.
