0.5 cup quick-cooking oatmeal 0.25 cup applesauce 1 tablespoon raisins, dash of cinnamon 0.75 cup boiling water |

| Directions: | ||
| Combine the oatmeal, applesauce, raisins, and cinnamon in a small covered bowl. Set aside overnight. In the morning, add the boiling water, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, and then eat. You can assemble this in the morning, but if you have no morning time, it's quicker to get it ready the night before. |
