Ingredients:
2 each slices of Hawaiian sweet bread (or your favorite bread)
1 each small ripe avocado
3 each large slices of medium sharp cheddar cheese
4 each to 5 tablespoons of Major Grey Chutney
Directions:
1. peel and seed avocado, mash avocado with a fork
2. until coarsely mashed, place avocado mash on bread,
3. top with cheddar cheese. Spread other slice of bread with chutney.
4. Combine into sandwich and enjoy.
