Ingredients:
1 each to 2 Avocado, Crackers (I prefere Akmak) but saltines work fine too, Mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Simply spread mayonnaise on each cracker
2. Then slice avocadoes into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them on top to cover the whole cracker. Arrange nicely on a plate or eat as you go.
