Ingredients:
1 each ripe avocado, mayonnaise
1 each small can water-packed tuna
4 each strips bacon, fried crisp
0.25 each cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
6 each slices wheat bread, lightly toasted
Directions:
1. Mash avocado with 1 T mayo and set aside. Drain tuna and mix with 2 T mayo and set aside. Spread a little mayo on each slice of toasted bread. Spread tuna on one slice, add a layer cucumbers. Add 2nd slice of bread and spread avocado, add a layer of bacon, and top with 3rd slice of bread.
