Ingredients:
1  frozen banana
1/4 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup non fat milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon Splenda
1 tablespoon whey protein powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1.*To freeze a banana cut it into thirds, place them in a plastic bag then freeze it over night so that it is ready for your breakfast
2.Place all ingredients in blender
3.Blend on the highest setting for about one minute or until completely blended
4.Serve!
