Description: Yeast dough, cinnamon swirls, dough in bread machine
Time: 30 min (10 min to prepare, 20 min to cook)
Meal type: Breakfast
Ethnicity:
Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 medium egg
4 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 package active dry yeast
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup soft brown sugar
Directions:

Add first four ingredients to the bread machine. Then add flour, salt and yeast. Set machine for dough. Turn on.

Roll out dough into a large rectangle, about 15"x12"
spread butter on rectangle, spread brown sugar evenly, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Roll up, long end first, stretching slightly as you roll. Pinch end seam together. Using a sharp knife (not surrated), slice the roll in halves until you have 16 rolls. Butter one 9x13 and one 8x8 (or pie pan) METAL pan. Aluminum is best, but glass is a no-no, too much sugar in this recipe.

Bake at GAS Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Mix icing sugar with a little butter, cream cheese, vanilla and milk for a fab icing.
