11 OZ French bread dough, refrigerated 1 tablespoon butter, melted 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 8 OZ cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup orange marmalade 1 teaspoon orange zest |

| Directions: | ||
| Bread 1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray inside bread tube with butter spray. Cap bottom of bread tube. 2. Unroll bread dough; brush with butter using pastry brush. Combine sugar ad cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Starting at long edge, roll up dough. Fill tube with dough. Place cap on top. 3. Bake, upright, 50-60 mins. Cool 10 mins. Remove bread from tube and cool completely. 4. Cut into 1/4 in slices with serrated knife. Serve with Sweet Spread. Spread 1. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, marmalade and orange zest until blended. |
