Ingredients:
0.5 each avocado
2 each flour tortillas
4 tablespoon of your favorite salsa
0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Slice avocado
2. On open tortilla, spread 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and 2 tablespoons of salsa
3. Broil under a broiler for three minutes
4. Enjoy open or fold closed
