1 tablespoon Soyflour, Water
Directions:
It's very simple, mix 1 tablespoon of soyflour with appr. 1-2 tablespoons of likely warm water.

Let it rest for about 5 minutes.

To use in the same way as eggs.

Soyflour is a very good alternative for eggs.
