Ingredients:
1 each bagel sliced in half (flavor of your choice), avocado slices, favorite cheese (brie is my choice)
3 each to 4 sliced mushrooms (small-medium)
2 each eggs
2 teaspoon cream (optional), Pure maple syrup to taste
Directions:
1. Toast the bagel 1/2's and butter if desired.
2. sautee mushrooms
3. mix eggs well with the cream and season with salt & pepper if desired - cook scrambled to desired consistency.
4. Lay avocado slices on the bagel halves, then used either shredded or sliced cheesed depending on what you want to use. Place hot sauteed mushrooms on top to melt the cheese and then the scrambled eggs. Pour a touch of maple on top of the eggs.
5. Serve with a side of fruit
