Description: Easy 'baked' pancakes, syrup takes time, but well worth it! Filling and great for a breakfast dinner.

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons icing sugar (powdered)
2 tablespoons corn syrup
Directions:
PANCAKES
1. In large bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour into buttered 9x13 dish.
3. Bake at 350F or GAS MARK 5 for 20-25 minutes or until set.

SYRUP (begin immediately after baking begins!)
1. In medium sauce pan, combine the rest of the ingredients exept the powered sugar (save this for a sprinkle of decoration when all is done)
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.

Cut into squares and serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and syrup.
Notes:
Very filling and tasty, serve with sausage or bacon.
