Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk or water
2 large 4eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flour
4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 each vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
1) place ingredients (except oil) in bread machine and set to dough setting.
2)when cycle finishes, remove, punch down dough and let rest for 10 minutes
3) on lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick, cut with floured donut cutter.
4) place on lightly greased baking sheet and let rise 1 hour or until very light.
5) Fry in preheated oil (375*F) a few at a time, about 1 minute, each side, drain on paper towel.
6) glaze or dust with powdered sugar or glaze, as desired.
