Ingredients:
3  eggs
Directions:
Warm 3 eggs for 5 minutes in warm water. Whisk.

Heat pan on medium high heat for a few minutes. Take stick of butter and coat pan. Pour eggs in. Stir and shake for 5 seconds. Go around outside of pan to loosen egg from pan. Step back 10 seconds. Shake. Loosen. Fold 1/3 over in pan. Slice on plate and fold other 1/3 over.
