Ingredients:
1 each lb ground turkey
2 cups canned, crushed tomato
1 cup diced onion
0.5 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
1 cup water
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
0.125 teaspoon hot sauce
16 OZ can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
Directions:
Cook ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently until pasta is tender.
