Ingredients:
8  eggs
1/2 C half-and-half cream
4 OZ shredded cheddar cheese
1 C finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 C finely chopped green pepper
1/4 C finely chopped onion
Directions:
1. In bowl, whisk eggs and cream until light. Stir in cheese, ham, green pepper, and onion.

2. Pour into greased 9 in. square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
