1 pound sausage 8 each eggs 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 cup cheddar cheese 8 each bread slices (cubed & crusts removed) |

| 1.) Cook & drain sausage. 2.) Mix eggs, milk, salt & mustard. 3.) Spread bread in bottom of 9x13 pan. 4.) Sausage & cheese over bread. 5.) Pour on egg mixture. 6.) Cover & REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. 7.) Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
