Time: 15 min (5 min to prepare, 10 min to cook)

Ingredients:
1 cup flour (I usually use half wheat)
1 tablespoon baking powder
0.25 teaspoon salt
1 cup water (soymilk if you want but I just use water)
0.5 teaspoon oil
0.5 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions:
Mix it all together.

Pour 1/4 cup at a time into the pan on medium heat.

When it is bubbling and dry on the edges flip over and brown the other side.
I have made these with blueberries too.

This is one of the only vegan pancakes recipes that I have tried that came out right, the others are never cooked on the inside.
