Directions:
Combine the oatmeal, applesauce, raisins, and cinnamon in a small covered bowl.Set aside overnight.
In the morning, add the boiling water, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, and then eat.
You can assemble this in the morning, but if you have no morning time, it's quicker to get it ready the night before.
Banana Yogurt Shake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place tortilla chips on baking sheet.

Bake in oven 6 - 8 minutes until cheese is melted.

Make long sawtooth-cuts around unpeeled oranges, lemons, grapefruit or tangerines, cutting to within 3/4 inch of each end of fruit.Separate the two halves of the fruit. Keeping the peel intact, remove the "meat" from the peel with a spoon or your fingers; save the "meat" for use in fruit cups.

Orange Sea Salt

Directions:
Wash the oranges under cold running water and wipe dry.Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Spread out the salt on a work surface.
Using one orange at a time roll the orange with your palm over the salt.
The coarse salt will become coated with the essential orange oils just below the skin of the orange.
Crush the salt for other recipes as needed.

Hold the stem and blossom ends of unpeeled fruit between your thumb and middle finger. With a knife, make sawtooth-cuts around the middle, cutting to the inside center only. Cut sharply through to allow clean separation.Twist and gently pull the fruit apart to provide two star garnishes.

I make a simple sauce for them - soy mayo, a little ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish.
A little dab on each pattie and a bit of fresh herb on top of that.
