Bread1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray inside bread tube with butter spray. Cap bottom of bread tube.
2. Unroll bread dough; brush with butter using pastry brush. Combine sugar ad cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Starting at long edge, roll up dough. Fill tube with dough. Place cap on top.
3. Bake, upright, 50-60 mins. Cool 10 mins. Remove bread from tube and cool completely.

As apple and banana pieces are cut, toss them gently in a small bowl of lemon juice to keep them from browning.With a sharp knife, cut slots in all fruit chunks so they can be speared easily. Starting and ending with orange pieces, thread one of each type of fruit on the sticks.

Soak the beans in plenty of water for 2 days, changing the water twice per day.Liquidize beans with 2.5 pints (1.5 litres) water.
Pour mixture through a sieve lined with muslin, squeezing through as much liquid as possible.
Add vanilla pod.
Heat liquid to boiling point, then remove vanilla pod.
Add oil and sugar or honey to taste.
Liquidize again, then strain through muslin.

Directions:
Put soya milk in a pan and bring to the boil.Dissolve the epsom salts or nigari in the hot water and add to the milk.
Leave for 5 minutes to curdle.
Line a sieve with a piece of muslin. Pour curdled mixture through, separating the curds from the liquid (the liquid is not needed).
Fold muslin over top of sieve and place a weight on the top.
