Directions:
Place eggs, Sunkist lemon peel, milk and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together.Melt margarine in medium non-stick skillet.
Add the egg mixture; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until eggs are set.
Divide eggs evenly among the four tortillas; spoon 1 tablespoon of salsa over each.
Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll the burritos closed.
Serve immediately with extra salsa.

Directions:
