1. Spread mayo on 3 slices of bread2. Slice the avocado, tomatoes and eggs
3. Make one layer of each one
4. Add some salt and pepper to taste and drop the lime juice on to the avocado to avoid it turning black

Directions:
Toss apple with lemon juice; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and peppers in hot oil, stirring frequently until crisp-tender. Add turkey to skillet and stir until heated through. Stir in apple mixture. Add garlic to yogurt and mix. Fold pitas in half and fill with turkey mixture. Drizzle with yogurt mixture.

Directions:
Mix it all together.Pour 1/4 cup at a time into the pan on medium heat.
When it is bubbling and dry on the edges flip over and brown the other side.
I have made these with blueberries too.
This is one of the only vegan pancakes recipes that I have tried that came out right, the others are never cooked on the inside.

4. For wrap, fold in sides; roll tightly. For sandwich, cover with top of roll.

Directions:
Beat the squash with the brown sugar, milk and eggs until smooth. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir the dry ingredients into the squash mixture just until combined. Fold in the chives. Heat a griddle or heavy skillet lightly sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat.
