Description: Make-ahead eggbake that's versatile & yummy.
Time: 1 hr 30 min (30 min to prepare, 1 hr to cook)

Ingredients:
6  Eggs, beaten
3 1/2 C milk
4 tablespoons minced onion flakes
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
10 slices white bread, decrusted
10 ounces broccoli florets, cooked until tender-crisp
3/4 pounds sliced deli ham, sausage, or bacon
12 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Lay bread in a lightly greased glass baking dish, covering the bottom. Layer cheese, meat, and broccoli. Repeat once. Beat eggs and then combine milk, onion, salt & dry mustard to eggs. Poor this mixture onto layered ingredients in dish. Cover and let stand overnight in your fridge.
In the morning, preheat oven to 325^ and cook uncovered for 1 hour. You may add additional cheese on top the last 5 minutes. Let stand on the counter for 10 minutes before serving.
