2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 egg 2 ounces milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 sticks unsalted butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |

| Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Combined egg, milk, and vanilla in separate bowl and bring to room temperature. Cream butter in mixer, starting on low speed to soften butter. Add the sugars. Increase the speed, and cream until light and fluffy. Reduce speed and add egg mixture slowly. increase speed and mix until well combined. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes. |
