Ingredients:
8 tablespoon softened unsalted butter (or stick)
1.5 cup packed brown sugar
2  egg whites
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2.5 cup all-purpose flour
1.5 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.25 cup skim milk
0.75 cup chocolate chips
6  full sized peppermint candy canes
Directions:
1. Unwrap you candy canes and crush them with a meat mallet or rolling pin in between two pieces of waxed paper. You want your pieces to me flakey but not powdery, if you have larger chunks they melt through the cookie and stick to the cookie sheets.

2. Preheat oven to 350

3. Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until fluffy, add the egg whites.

4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt into medium bowl. Add flour mixture to Butter mixture alternating with milk and ending with flour.

Stir in chocolate chunks and candy canes.

5. Drop onto baking sheets ( about 1 inch drops) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
