8 ounces Ghirardelli semi-sweet baking bars, broken into 1" pieces 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup butter, softened 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup Ghirardelli double chocolate chips |

| Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in large bowl in microwave at 50% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and stir. If not melted, return to microwave and heat, stirring every 30 seconds. When small lumps remain, remove and stir to continue melting. Stir in sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir flour with baking powder; add to chocolate mixture. Fold in double chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. |
