Ingredients:
2 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces chocolate chips (melted)
Directions:
Grease 9x9x2 pan.
Mix oats and brown sugar.
Stir butter, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla.
Add to oat mixture and press evenly in bottom of pan.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until top bubbles. Cool.
Spread chocolate on top.
Chill 1 hr.
Cut into bars
