Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9" square cake pan.2. Melt butter and dark chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. When melted take off heat.
3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla, then the eggs, sifted flour, white chocolate and raspberries. (If your mixture is too hot the white chocolate will melt)
4. Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until just firm. Cool in pan.
