1 each avocado 1 each lemon 1 teaspoon chives 0.5 teaspoon dill 1 each egg 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 0.75 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 pound crabmeat, salt and pepper to taste, garlic seasoned olive oil |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Chop avocado. 2. Cut lemon in 1/2 and squeeze 1/2 over avocado. 3. Beat egg, add mayonaise, mustard, chives, dill and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. 4. Add crab and avocado. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Make into 6 patties. 7. Dip in remaining bread crumbs. 8. Heat oil and fry patties, turning once until browned. 9. Use remaing 1/2 lemon to slice and garnish. |
