Description: Four Layers.

Layer 1 = First 5 ingredients, Layer 2 = Next 3 ingredients, Layer 4 = pudding, milk, vanilla, Layer 4 = Cool Whip
Time: 50 min (30 min to prepare, 20 min to cook)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts - chopped
3/4 cup margarine
2 teaspoon sugar
1  8 ounce cream cheese (room temp.)
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup Cool Whip after top two ingredients are mixed.
2 small Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 1/2 cup cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Layer 1 (crust) Mix together and press into 13 x 9" pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Layer 2 - Mix together cream cheese and confectioner sugar and add one cup of Cool Whip. Pour over cold crust.

Layer 3 - Pour over layer 2.

Layer 4 - Spread Cool Whip over before serving. It is nicer if made a day before. You need 2 Cool Whips.
