1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil or butter 8 ounce cream cheese - 8 oz 1 each egg 1 pinch salt 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet) |

| Sift together dry ingredients. Add water,oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Stir until mixture is smooth. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. Put 1 heaping teaspoon of filling (cream cheese, egg, salt, sugar, and chocolate chips) on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. | ||
