2 pint fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried, or frozen with juice 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla exctract 12 pinch cinnamon |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour before serving in wine glasses, shot glasses or champagne flutes. Garnish each serving with a dollop of sour cream and a blueberry. | ||
