Description: Chocolate cake with a gooey middle. Serve hot
Time: 20 min (10 min to prepare, 10 min to cook)

Ingredients:
6 ounces of your favourite chocolate dark or milk
6 ounce butter
3  eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup flour
Directions:
turn oven onto 180c or 350f. melt chocolate over boiling water. once melted take of heat and stir in butter till melted. in another bowl beat eggs and sugar till white, stir in chocolate and then flour. butter ramekins and pour in batter.

Serve hot with vanilla icecream and, or strawberries
Notes:
when done the cakes will have risen a small bit and look...
