1 package german chocolate cake mix 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 stick butter 1 package caramels 6 OZ chocolate chips |

| Directions: | ||
| Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and butter. Press half of the mixture into a 9X13 inch pan and bake for six minutes @ 350 degrees. Next mix caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Melt the mixture and then drizzle over baked crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Flatten remaining batter with hands and lay on top in patches. Bake for 15 minutes. Scoop onto a plate as soon as you take it out of the oven (like a cow pie). May add candy corn and plastic flies for a decorative touch. | ||
