1 teaspoon Cornstarch 0.5 tsp vanilla 0.5 cup of white sugar 1 each large orange 1 each to 12 or 13oz bag of frozen blueberries 1 each to 13oz bag of cranberries 1 each pie crust (frozen or homemade) |

| Directions: | ||
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Zest the orange and then squeeze out the juice. In a large bowl combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, the orange zest and the orange juice. Toss until all the ingrediants are coated with sugar. In a 9" pie pan place the pie dough and form to pan. Place the berry mixture in the pie and bake for 25 minutes or until the crust moves freely in the pie pan. |
